Refund and Return Policy 

1. As per refund and return policy, Enokii Cosmetics products are non-returnable because of the hygiene/health and private care/wellness/consumable nature of the commodities.

2. In case of a refund or replacement, please contact feedback@enokii.com with pictures of the products/s, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch variety within 24 hours of receiving the order.

3. Kindly share image/s of the damaged/tampered product or package.

4. It takes around 7-10 days for the return or refund request to be completed after we receive the package. Before processing a refund or replacement, we might contact you to know more about the issue.

5. If any of the below-mentioned applies, you’ll be eligible for a whole refund or exchange without paying any extra fees:

     a. Package has accessories missing.
     b. Damaged or broken bottles/pack.
     c. Wrong product delivery.
     d. It does not have the original packaging.

6. If you have received the wrong product, we would request you to keep the product safe, unused, and undamaged in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and original manufacturer’s packing for successful pickup and return.

7. Refund and return policy will not be accepted if:
     a. The product is damaged.
     b. It is without invoice.
     c. It is with tampered batch number and price
     d. It does not have the original packaging.

8. Please do not use the item you have raised a complaint about.

9. If a pilfered delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made within 24 hours of the order delivery.

10. Products once delivered, will not be applicable for a refund if it falls under any of the scenarios stated below:
     a. Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
     b. Failure to provide snapshots of the Invoice, packet, and box (if any).

11. Our Exchange/Returns Policy does not cover damages caused by neglect, improper use, or incorrect application. Exchange of products due to allergic reactions is not applicable.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT

Before giving a refund or replacement, we may contact you to determine the product’s damage or defect.

Bank transfers will be used to process refunds. There will be no cash reimbursements. It will take at least 5 to 7 business days for our team to initiate an online refund after the refund has been initiated.

In the case of NEFT, it would take at least 3 to 5 business days for us to repay your money after the refund has been initiated. For pre-paid orders, the amount will be credited to the account used to make the payment. The amount may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
